The scholars pass is essential for travelling on our dedicated shool bus services.. On this website, you can buy your scholars pass online for either a term or an academic year (on some routes only). There are additoinal options to upgrade your school bus pass to include a network add on, which gives you access to all of our services during the weekends nad evenings. Your school bus pass will be sent to you in the post.
All we need to know is your student's name, your school, a UK address and UK bank account. You will also need a head and shoulders style passport photo which needs to be uploaded to the site each time you make a purchase.
Go to the homepage and select your school or bus route number if you know it and click GO. Then simple enter your details in each box and click the GO button.
For your safety and assurance, our payment systems and regularly reviewed to ensure we are using the latest technology. Counter fraud services and encryption technology helps keep your payments secure. Personal information we hold in relation to your pass, is protected using sophisticated encryption technology and is in line with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, making sure your personal information is secure. Only trained staff will have access to your data and we do not hold any permanent record of your card details when used for payment, for extra piece of mind.
Once you have completed the online registration form, it shall be processed in the next couple of working days (Monday to Friday) and your card will be sent out to you in first class post.
Yes. You will be able to order your next Scholars Pass 3-4 weeks before the start of the next term.
There are no additional charges for using a debit or credit card. You will only pay for the price of your ticket.
When boarding the bus, clearly show your scholars pass to the driver.
Lost, destroyed or damaged - £25 replacement fee
Queen Elizabeth School Spring & Summer term combined passes: No refunds will be available for these passes.
Full term passes: Should you wish to cancel your scholars pass mid way through a term we will only be able to offer a refund on the remaining second half term.
Half Term passes: We are only able to offer a refund if the term has not already started.
Barton Peveril annual passes: The annual pass is generally non-refundable. Full or partial refunds will be at our discretion and will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, for example a student leaving the college. College confirmation of the circumstances will be required before any refund can be considered.
Partial term refunds will not be available.
All refunds will incur a £10.00 admin charge.
The refund will be made against the credit/debit card the ticket was purchased with.
Any other refunds will be made at the discretion of the local manager.
We understand that, due to the ever-changing nature of the Coronavirus pandemic, parents and carers may be concerned about commiting to a termly or annual pass. As a result, we are happy to offer a refund guarantee for our Autumn termly passes and for the period of the Autumn term for our annual passes in the event of a Coronavirus-related suspension of service. You can buy your scholars pass as normal safe in the knowledge that our guarantee will protect you in case of any further issues.
We are encouraging our customers to pay contactless where they can and so our drivers are carrying less change. We would therefore politely ask that you avoid paying daily fares or sending your child to pay with cash to the driver as change availability is low and this slows down our service.
