Entitled Scholars Passes
31st August, 2017 by Go South Coast Scholars Passes
We are receiving a large number of queries regarding school transport in Dorset for the new school year. The following is a guide to the different types of enquiries, who you should contact, and how we intend to deal with each query:
Entitled scholars who have yet to receive a bus pass should contact Damory at 01202 338420 / email@example.com and we’ll check whether the County Council have supplied your details to us.
If we have your details, we will advise you of the route to which you are allocated and we will contact the Council to get your pass sent to you as soon as possible.
If we have not had your details supplied to us by the Council, you will be advised to contact the Council to ensure you are registered as an entitled scholar.
Entitled scholars who have received a bus pass and believe they have been allocated the wrong route for their location should contact Damory at 01202 338420 / firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll investigate your allocation.
Entitled scholars who have received a bus pass and who would like to swap their allocation to a different route through personal preference should contact Damory at 01202 338420 / email@example.com and we’ll investigate whether it is possible to meet your request. No swapping of routes is guaranteed but we’ll do our best to ensure requests are met wherever possible.
Unentitled scholars attending Queen Elizabeth School and living in the Colehill, Stapehill, Longham, Ferndown, West Moors, Three Legged Cross and Verwood areas should go to http://passes.gosouthcoast.co.uk/ or contact Damory 01202 338420 / firstname.lastname@example.org to purchase their pass now.
All other unentitled scholars who have already applied for surplus seats will be contacted directly by Damory as soon as possible to either purchase their pass, or to be advised that no space seats yet exist. Scholars will be contacted in the order in which they applied for their pass.
Unfortunately, we continue to receive late applications from the Council for entitled scholars and we are unable to sell surplus seats until we are certain that spare seats are available. We are expecting to be able to commence the sale of passes on almost all routes during the first full week of September.
Availability of seats will be monitored during the Autumn term, so we’ll keep your details even if your initial application is unsuccessful and will contact you again if a space becomes available in due course.
Unentitled scholars who have yet to apply for a surplus seat should contact Damory at 01202 338420 / email@example.com and we’ll add you to the list of applicants. Seats will be sold in strict priority order and cannot be guaranteed’.
